Thanks to everyone who attended the Saline Memorial Hospital Diabetes Support Group meeting last week! A special thanks to Donette Stump from the AR Beef Council who gave a great demonstration on how to cook healthy beef recipes. Donette prepared Basic Lean Beef Burgers and Tenderloin Steaks with Jalapeno Pepper Sauce which were delicious!

The next Diabetes Support Group meeting will be September 22 at 6:30pm in Classroom 1. Dr. Dan Cartaya will be our guest speaker. We hope to see you there!
