In an effort to offer more food options for patients, visitors and staff, Saline Memorial Hospital (SMH) recently announced that Chick-fil-A will be opening a new location inside the hospital. The new location is scheduled to open on Monday, September 10th.
“We are very excited to officially announce that Chick fil-A is coming to Saline Memorial Hospital!” said Terry Shuler, SMH Dietary Manger. “We are pleased to be able to provide co-workers and visitors with such a delicious and quality choice. I am very familiar with Chick fil-A and their commitment to quality and service. This will be a great addition to what we currently have to offer.”
Chick-fil-A will soon be located in the current Coffee Shop location across from the SMH courtyard. The SMH Coffee Shop will move to a new location inside the SMH Cafeteria and will continue to serve Starbuck’s products and other specialty drinks.
“We’re excited about this new partnership with Saline Memorial Hospital and really believe this will be exciting for Benton and Chick-fil-A,” said Guy Parker, Col, Ret., USAF, Owner Operator, Chick-fil-A Reynolds Road. “Ever since we started selling Chick-fil-A in Saline County, there has been an outcry for us to come to Benton, and now thanks to the leadership and hospitality of SMH, it will happen next week. Please tell your family and friends to come dine with us. And as always, it will be our pleasure to serve you great tasting food with exceptional service.”
Chick-fil-A will offer many of their fresh-ingredient menu items.
“The initial offerings will be the Chickfil-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Salad Sandwich, the Char-grilled Chicken Salads (Garden, Fruit and Southwest), Cool Wraps, Side salad, Chicken Salad Cup, Cole Slaw, Carrot Raisin Salad, Chicken Biscuit, Parfait, Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Brownie,” said Parker. “Soft Serve Ice-Dream and Chick-fil-A milkshakes will also be tested in this new location to see if there will be a long term demand for them. We will also be serving our famous Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade, Sweet Tea and Chick-fil-A coffee along with numerous fountain and bottled drinks.”
“We hope others from the community will stop by Chick-fil-A for breakfast, lunch and dinner,” said Parker.
