Saline Memorial Hospital (SMH) recently made some new appointments to their Administrative team.

Carla Robertson has assumed a dual role of Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer and Debbie Burrow has recently been appointed as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

Robertson, who accepted her new role in April, has acted as Interim CEO on two different occasions throughout her tenure and has served as CFO for a total of 15 years.

Burrow has performed the responsibility of CNO on an interim basis since March 2012, and previously performed CNO duties for seven years at SMH. She has been with SMH, during two different tenures, a total of 22 years. She has a Bachelors and Masters of Nursing degree from UAMS.

“I am very pleased to have Carla and Debbie on the SMH Administrative team,” said Bob Trautman, Saline Memorial Hospital CEO. “Both of them have demonstrated a passion, knowledge and skill which will contribute significantly to the goals of our organization.”
